Founded by Directors with a mix of Military, Close Protection and Security backgrounds, our mission is to work in partnership with our clients to achieve robust security strategies and provide first class training solutions to individuals and companies.

Our strength lies in our commercial awareness and ability to understand individual requirements through our vigorous assessments, impartial surveys and structured courses. Our comprehensive security plans will ensure practical physical security to any asset and strategic security to your organisation and our training courses provide realistic and challenging instruction from a purpose built training facility.

Brian started a local locksmith business in the Midlands


Planning for Eclectic security began and our UPVC wing started to take shape


Eclectic Security incorporated and started delivering security solutions across across the midlands.


Eclectic became accredited to deliver NCFE level 3 training and quickly became the UK's no 1 training provider.


Eclectic goes mobile offering onsite training solutions to Council maintenance teams in London


Bryan joined Eclectic as a director and a Access controllers installation course was formed by Aiden Ogden

Bryan Maddison

On completion of a 26 year military career Bryan spent a number of years on the Close Protection/Maritime Circuit as well as Anti-Poaching work in Africa. During his military career he deployed on operations to Bosnia,Kosovo,Iraq, Afghanistan, Sierra Leone, Kenya. Bryan’s strength lies in his attention to detail which ensures absolute results.

Brian McAleer

On completion of a 23 year military career Brian was retrained by an ex SAS Veteran in the art of lockpicking and non destructive entry techniques, this was something that Brian excelled  at. He went onto build his own successful business as a locksmith & has helped in the training of many individuals in the art of lockpicking and other non-destructive entry techniques. These unique skills together with skills gained in the military have given him an ability to vigorously test the security of many systems, he has also built a network of other experts in this field including safe crackers and electronic  access control experts, most of whom have military or police backgrounds, all of which can be utilised by Eclectic Security for their unique skill sets. His strength lies in his ability to stay calm under pressure and to get results in any task put to him.
